Facilitation for
systemic change

Systemic Change, Grounded in Nature

Facilitation for senior leaders who want change that lasts - through relationships and culture, not frameworks. Nature isn't the backdrop to this work; it is the work.

Most change initiatives treat nature as a value, stakeholder or inspirational metaphor. This work treats it as the context for everything. Organisations are social systems nested within ecosystems. Both function through relationships and thrive only when those relationships are healthy. We are part of nature, and any enduring future depends on this simple ecological reality.

It’s all about relationships

I work with the relationships that shape organisations and communities. Through identity and cultural narratives rather than structure, strategy or off-the-shelf frameworks. This goes deeper than conventional sustainability work. Instead of managing symptoms, it addresses the root causes of how people, organisations and communities think, relate and act.

A proven track record

Over three decades, this approach has influenced national government policy and helped organisations, communities and individuals create lasting change.

If you're a leader ready for systemic change, I can help.

“Dave has worked with my team and me for the past three years on team dynamics, leadership programme design, and one-to-one coaching.

He is an extraordinary practitioner. His wealth of experience in the broad fields of leadership and systems change, combined with his attention to detail and impeccable research, means working with him is always enlightening, thought-provoking, and deeply practical.”
